The details.

Which car fits a family with luggage?

A family of four with four or five large suitcases usually fits the Toyota Alphard or Vellfire, which seats six and takes five large bags. If you are six or seven people with a lot of luggage, the Mercedes V-Class seats up to seven and also takes five bags, though five passengers is the comfortable number. The Toyota Noah or Voxy is the lighter option: it suits three people with two large cases well. Tell us passengers and suitcases when you book and we will confirm the right size.

Luxury sedan with driver: E-Class or S-Class

The Mercedes E-Class takes up to four passengers, three in comfort, with two large bags. It is the sensible choice for a business traveller or a couple heading to the airport. The Mercedes S-Class seats three, two comfortably, with two bags, and is the car to book when the ride itself matters: hosting a senior guest, a groom car, or a long day of meetings across the CBD. Both are available for transfers, hourly charter and full days.

Minibus and coach sizes for groups

The 13-seater minibus, a Toyota Hiace Combi, carries up to 13 passengers with nine in comfort, and takes ten large bags. Above that, the 23-seater coach seats up to 23, with 20 in comfort and room for twelve large bags. For the largest groups we run a 45 or 49-seater bus. Coaches can be booked hourly with a three-hour minimum, and longer days of ten hours or more move to a lower extended hourly rate.

How to compare MPVs with driver in Singapore

For most airport and family trips the choice comes down to the Alphard and the V-Class. Both take five large suitcases. The Alphard seats six in individual seats and is often booked for weddings and hotel pickups. The V-Class seats seven and suits corporate teams travelling together. On fares, the Alphard arrival starts from $85 and the V-Class from $95, while their local transfer fares are the same at $70. If seats are tight, the V-Class wins. If comfort for four to five matters most, either works well.

FAQ

Fleet questions.

Ask Mark on WhatsApp
How many large suitcases fit in an Alphard?

The Toyota Alphard and Vellfire take up to five large 28-inch suitcases with six passengers. If you have bulky items such as golf bags or a pram, mention them when you book so we can confirm they fit or suggest the V-Class or minibus.

Can I request a specific vehicle colour or model year?

You can ask, and we will tell you honestly what is available for your date. We confirm the vehicle type in your quote. Specific colours matter most for weddings, so raise it early if it is important to you.

What is the difference between maximum and comfortable seating?

Maximum is the number of seat belts. Comfortable is the number we recommend for adults on a longer ride, with some room to spare. For a short hotel transfer, maximum seating is usually fine. For a full day or a trip to Malaysia, plan on the comfortable figure.

Do you have a vehicle bigger than a 49-seater?

Our largest single vehicle is the 45 or 49-seater bus. Bigger groups are moved with several vehicles under one booking. Send us your headcount and luggage and we will propose the mix of coaches, minibuses and cars.
