Our office is at Paya Lebar Square, and bookings are taken 24 hours a day, every day of the year. You message Mark on WhatsApp with your plan, we reply with a fixed fare that already includes tolls and parking, and that is the price you pay for the trip as booked.

Charter Limo SG is the trading name used by Cars and Rich Pte Ltd, a Singapore company registered under UEN 202114532H. Our office is at 60 Paya Lebar Road, #06-28 Paya Lebar Square, Singapore 409051. We keep the business simple on purpose: a direct line to the person arranging your car, published fares for every vehicle, and written confirmation of what you have booked. If you are booking for a company and need our registered details for your records, ask and we will send them with your quote.
How we price a chauffeur trip
Each vehicle has published fares for airport arrivals, departures, local transfers, hourly charter and full days. Tolls and parking are included. A small number of add-ons are listed openly: a midnight surcharge between 23:00 and 07:00, extra stops, a distance surcharge, and child seats. When you send your trip details, we put these together into one fixed figure and send it back before anything is booked. If your plan changes, we quote the change, so there is never a surprise at the end of the day.
What to expect from your chauffeur
Your driver arrives ahead of the pickup time, in a clean car with bottled water and a phone charger ready. At Changi arrivals they wait with a name sign, and the car stays with you for the whole booking on hourly and full-day charters. Chauffeurs who speak English, Mandarin or Korean can be requested, subject to who is available on the day. If you have a preference, mention it when you book so we can plan for it.
Why we work through WhatsApp
Most of our customers book from a phone, often while travelling or between meetings. WhatsApp lets you send a flight number, a screenshot of an itinerary or a hotel address in seconds, and gives you a written record of the fare and the plan. It also means you can reach us at any hour if a flight is delayed or a dinner runs late. You can still call the same number if you would rather talk it through.

Do you only serve visitors to Singapore?
No. We drive for residents as much as visitors: school events, family dinners, hospital appointments, weddings and company outings, as well as airport runs and trips into Malaysia. If it needs a car and a driver, ask us for a quote.
